“When joy rises up and pushes on the fear, you get tired of living under the shadow and then you begin to express the anger for having to hold so much back. Some deep knowing, some deep connection inside you is triggered and the anger comes forward.
“When that is released, the part next to that is grief. This is when the letting go begins. When you are in your anger, well, that has to do with all the boundaries being broken and stepped on and the energy is trying to reestablish. Grief is like a spring rain that comes and washes away all the old stuff. You haven’t moved forward until you have grieved what has accumulated, sometimes over many years.
“Grief is a beautiful, natural emotion in terms of cleaning things out. It helps feelings and emotions to move in cycle again. This is the natural cycle. Heart has the awareness that, during your life, you will have happiness, fear, anger, grief, sympathy. These are part of the natural cycles.”
