The Natural Rhythms of Emotion

Themes: BALANCE

“Grief is very important because people need to grieve. Grief is a response to loss…and there will always be loss. This realm is designed in this way.

“Embracing a certain wonderment of livingness allows you to feel what I’m describing as joy. Embracing grief allows you to feel a richness in your feelings. And when you do this together, you’re having a grief with joy. Then you can begin to witness that there can be fear with joy, anger with joy, happiness with joy, sympathy with joy and so forth.

“These are fine because of the nature of joy. You can feel the kaleidoscope of the natural rhythms of emotion while in joy. It is a strong hand that aids you to not be destroyed or distorted by emotions. Even in grief. When people are grieving, that is wonderful, healthy, liberating, cleansing. Enjoy it! Don’t be sad! Let it clean you! Let it embrace you!”
