For a one-day event – ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. If the attendee is unable to attend, they may transfer their ticket to someone else to attend. We will need to know the transferee’s name 3 days before the date of event, by contacting lazar@sacredfire.org. Alternatively, you may wish to maintain your registration and apply it towards another Fire Speaks event in 2024. You may also choose to have your registration converted into a donation to help support Sacred Fire in bringing Grandfather’s wisdom to the world or transfer it to another person.
For a weekend event – All refunds will have a processing fee of $30.00USD deducted off the total.
If the attendee cancels their ticket 7 weeks prior to the date of the event, they are entitled to a full refund, less the processing fee.
If the attendee cancels 4 weeks prior to the date of the event, they are entitled to 50% refund of the fee, less the processing fee.
There will be no refunds or credits issued for cancellations less than 4 weeks/received one day after the 4 weeks prior to the date of the event. However, they may transfer their ticket to someone else to attend. We will need to know the transferee’s name, 3 days before the event, by contacting lazar@sacredfire.org.
Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of cancellation.
